All prices specified in the shop are final consumer prices in Euro including the applicable VAT and refer to the described article. The prices apply at the time of the order. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or Sofortüberweisung.
All payments and credits are completed exclusively in euros.

After the order is made, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. After successful payment, your order will be processed within the delivery period specified under § 6 (General Terms and Conditions).
Note: Credits from returns are transferred back to your bank account.

Delivery, shipping and costs

1. Shipping is done with DPD.The transport risk is vanessabaroni.com. We ship internationally in over 50 countries.

2. The goods are ready to ship at the latest on the following day of your order. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery takes place within one to four working days to the delivery address specified by the purchaser. Please note that no Saturday deliveries are provided within Germany.

3. Shipments outside the EU The delivery time in duties - two to four working days is shown. Please note that we bear the insurance of the goods, as well as any cost of accompanying documents. Article prices are indicated without customs charges. Please note that all import taxes, customs fees as well as settlement fees of DPD will be charged separately for each country. Questions about the amount of the accumulating taxes and fees in your country please address our Customer Care Team by e-mail: support@vanessabaroni.com. Please note that possibly foreign bank charges are to be borne by you. Customs fees, import sales tax and UPS settlement fees are not reimbursed in the event of a return.

Return of the goods

You can return the goods received without specifying reasons within two weeks by returning the goods. The period begins a day after you receive the goods and this return policy, however, not before fulfilling our information obligations pursuant to § 312c para. 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 (1), 2 and 4 BGB Info and our obligations pursuant to § 312e ABS . 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB Infov.
